The Governor and the Motor

A governor of a state was distributing motors in various state of the country. So one day he came to a state and gave one car to one bad boy in that state. So when the guy was riding the car and wanted to enter to his city to show his people, he found out that there was no road to follow. So he thought of what to do and after every thing he took the car to the next state because their road was perfect enough. So when the governor asked him about the car, he replied thus; "you gave me motor and there was no road to drive it so I took it to another state which their road was perfect."
